Returns policy
We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, either for a full refund or an exchange.

To request a full refund or exchange, please notify us by email within 14 days of receiving your order. Please state whether you would like a full refund or exchange and quote your order confirmation number, the product name, your full name, email address, phone number and delivery address to shop@algebradrinks.com.

Only unopened, sealed bottles are eligible for exchange or refund: the ring at the base of the cap should be intact and fully attached to the cap.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the original transaction within 30 days and will exclude shipping costs.

We do not bear the cost of returned products shipment. We recommend that items are returned to us via a recorded delivery service to ensure their protection and insurance during transit.

If you fail to meet these terms and conditions, the product will be returned to you and you will not receive a refund nor be eligible for an exchange. 

Exceptions: gift cards and sale items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
