We currently ship to the UK and most countries in Europe. If we do not ship to your country yet, please contact us at hello@algebradrinks.com and we will see how we may be able to get Algebra to you.

We currently offer free shipping on all purchases bound for European countries. We reserve the right to change this policy and start charging for shipping to some or all destinations without prior notice. Should we do so, the shipping charge will be clearly indicated and added to the price of your order at checkout.

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in France. They usually take 2 working days for mainland French addresses, 3 working days to get to mainland UK and up to 5 working days for other European destinations.

Returns policy

 

We have a 14-day returns policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, either for a refund or an exchange.

To request a full refund or exchange, please notify us by email within 14 days of receiving your order. Please state whether you would like a full refund or exchange and quote your order confirmation number, the product name, your full name, email address, phone number and delivery address to shop@algebradrinks.com.

Only unopened, sealed bottles are eligible for exchange or refund. The ring at the base of the cap must be intact and fully attached to the cap.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the original transaction within 30 days and will exclude shipping costs.

If you fail to meet these terms and conditions, the product will be returned to you and you will not receive a refund nor be eligible for an exchange.

We do not bear the cost of returned products shipment. We recommend that items are returned to us via a recorded delivery service to ensure their protection and insurance during transit.

You will be asked to show proof of age upon delivery of your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
